Angry Crab Trifecta Sauce Recipe

This buttery, garlicky, Cajun-spiced sauce is perfect for seafood boils, crab legs, shrimp, and more. Sweet, spicy, and addictive!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
  • 8–10 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp chili flakes or cayenne
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • (Optional): Worcestershire sauce

Equipment

  • 1 Large saucepan
  • 1 Wooden spoon or whisk
  • 1 Garlic press or grater
  • 1 Measuring spoons

Method
 

  1. Melt the butter in low-medium heat in a saucepan
  2. Sauté garlic for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add Cajun, Old Bay, paprika, chili flakes, and sugar & atleast for Cook 2–3 mins.
  4. Add lemon juice and Worcestershire. Stir well.
  5. Simmer 3–5 mins. Adjust taste. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Use fresh garlic for the boldest flavor.
  • For mild heat, reduce or omit chili flakes.
  • Stir continuously to avoid the butter separating.
