Ingredients
  

  • oz white rum or vodka
  • 1 oz blue curaçao
  • 2 oz sweet & sour mix
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 3–4 oz lemon-lime soda
  • cups ice
  • 1–2 gummy sharks (for garnish)

Equipment

  • Large glass bowl or fishbowl glass
  • Measuring jigger or small measuring cup
  • Long stirring spoon
  • Ice scoop or large spoon

Method
 

  1. Fill a large glass or bowl with ice.
  2. Pour in rum or vodka, followed by blue curaçao.
  3. Add sweet & sour mix and pineapple juice.
  4. Top with lemon-lime soda.
  5. Stir gently until combined.
  6. Garnish with gummy sharks and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Stir gently to keep the soda bubbly.
  • Add gummy sharks last so they float properly.

  • Try diet soda and fresh citrus juice for a lighter option.
  • Easily double or triple the recipe for parties.
