Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Mousse Layer:
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped
Ganache Layer:
  • 1 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
Base & Toppings:
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies or brownie chunks
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, chocolate curls, cocoa powder, berries

Method
 

Prepare Cheesecake Mousse:
  1. Mash the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla & Baileys Iriah cream until soft and creamy mixture. Now gently mix whipped cream until you get light and fluffy texture.
Make Ganache:
  1. Heat Baileys and pour over chocolate chips. Let sit 1–2 minutes, then stir until silky.
Layer the Trifle:
  1. In a trifle bowl or glasses, layer crushed cookies, mousse, and ganache. Repeat until full.
Chill:
  1. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor and structure.
Serve & Garnish:
  1. Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or berries before serving.

Notes

  • Use room-temp cream cheese for a smooth mousse.
  • Let ganache cool slightly before layering.
  • Chill for 2+ hours (overnight is best).
