- Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle salt over the cucumbers and toss gently.
- Add fresh lime juice and chili flakes.
- Toss lightly until evenly coated.
- Let the salad rest for 10–15 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Garnish with fresh herbs just before serving.
Notes
- Best served fresh for maximum crunch
- Do not over-marinate, or the cucumbers may release water
- Adjust lime and spice to your taste
- For extra crunch, chill cucumbers before slicing
