Ingredients
  

For the Cookie Dough:
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (Optional)
For Cheesecake Mixture:
  • cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
For Blueberry Swirl:
  • cup blueberry jam or homemade compote

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowls
  • 1 Electric mixer or whisk
  • 1 Baking sheets
  • 1 Parchment paper or silicone mat
  • 1 Cookie scoop or spoon
  • 1 Toothpick/knife (for swirling)
  • 1 Cooling rack

Method
 

  1. Prepare blueberry sauce (if making homemade); let cool.
  2. Mesh & beat well, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until you get soft texture & set aside.
  3. Now, Add cream butter, sugar & add egg, vanilla, then mix the dry ingredients gently.
  4. Now, withe help of toothpick, Swirl cheesecake & blueberry on top the top.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes.
  6. Cool before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Chill the dough for thicker cookies.
  • Use store-bought or homemade blueberry jam.
  • Add lemon zest for a citrusy pop.
  • Freeze baked cookies for up to 2 months.
