- Prepare blueberry sauce (if making homemade); let cool.
- Mesh & beat well, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until you get soft texture & set aside.
- Now, Add cream butter, sugar & add egg, vanilla, then mix the dry ingredients gently.
- Now, withe help of toothpick, Swirl cheesecake & blueberry on top the top.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes.
- Cool before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- Chill the dough for thicker cookies.
- Use store-bought or homemade blueberry jam.
- Add lemon zest for a citrusy pop.
- Freeze baked cookies for up to 2 months.
