Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (240 ml) warm filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (with mother)
  • ½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Optional:
  • ½ teaspoon raw honey
  • 3–4 fresh mint leaves

Equipment

  • Glass or mason jar
  • Measuring spoons
  • Spoon for stirring
  • Citrus juicer (optional)
  • Small grater (for ginger)

Method
 

  1. First, take a warm water slightly hot.
  2. Now, Pour the water into a glass.
  3. Add lemon or lime juice and stir gently.
  4. Mix in apple cider vinegar and grated ginger.
  5. Add a pinch of cinnamon and stir well.
  6. Let the drink rest for 1–2 minutes.
  7. Sip slowly and drink in the morning or before meals.

Notes

  • Always use fresh lemon juice for best results.
  • Start with a smaller amount of apple cider vinegar if you’re new.
  • Drink slowly to avoid stomach discomfort.
