- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the following ingredients: beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, and seasonings.
- Shape the loaf and place it in your baking dish or loaf pan.
- Add topping by spreading ketchup evenly over the top.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes until fully cooked.
- Check doneness (internal temp should be 70°C / 160°F).
- Rest the meatloaf for at least 10 minutes before serving.
