Method
- Heat olive oil in a large pot. Sauté onions, carrots, and celery for 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and seasonings. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add cabbage, tomatoes, broth, and water. Stir well.
- Boil the mixture & reduce the heat & simmer it gently.
- Add vinegar or lemon juice. Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Serve warm. Store leftovers in fridge or freezer.
