- Prep Broccoli: Wash, dry, and cut into equal florets. Drying helps crisp edges.

- Roast Hot: Bake at 220°C / 425°F for 18–22 minutes. Flip halfway.
- Finish with Lemon: Add lemon juice and toppings after roasting.
