Cava Lemon Herb Tahini Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup tahini
  • 2–3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp parsley, dill, or cilantro
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3–5 tbsp water (as needed)

Method
 

  1. Add tahini to a bowl and stir until smooth.
  2. Mix in lemon juice and minced garlic.
  3. Add chopped fresh herbs and combine well.
  4. Now, add olive oil & mix until smooth paste.
  5. Slowly add water to reach desired consistency.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, taste, and adjust before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh lemon juice
  • Add water slowly to control thickness
  • Let the sauce rest for a few minutes before serving

  • Store leftovers in the fridge and stir before reuse
  • Adjust garlic and herbs based on your taste preference
