  • 1 cup freshly brewed coffee
  • 1 tsp unsalted butter or MCT oil
  • ½ tsp coconut oil (optional)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
  • 2–3 drops vanilla extract (optional)

Method
 

  1. Brew 1 cup of fresh, hot coffee.
  2. Add butter or MCT oil to the coffee.
  3. Add optional cinnamon, cocoa, or vanilla if using.

  5. Pour into a mug and sip slowly.
