Ingredients
  

  • Fresh salmon fillet (skinless, cubed)
  • Panko breadcrumbs (or crushed cornflakes)
  • All-purpose flour
  • Eggs (for coating)
  • Salt & pepper
  • Garlic powder & paprika (optional seasoning)
  • Oil spray (for crisping)
For Bang Bang Sauce:
  • mayonnaise
  • sweet chili sauce
  • sriracha
  • honey

Equipment

  • Air fryer or oven (or skillet for pan-frying)
  • Mixing bowls
  • Whisk or spoon (for sauce)
  • Cutting board & sharp knife
  • Tongs or spatula

Method
 

  1. Cut salmon into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Season salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder.
  3. Coat the salmon cubes in flour, dip in beaten egg, coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 mins until golden and crispy.
  5. Whisk bang bang sauce ingredients until smooth.
  6. Toss salmon bites gently in sauce or drizzle on top.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, double-coat salmon in panko.
  • Adjust sriracha for spice level.

  • Air fryer gives best result with less oil.
  • Works well as a party appetizer, taco filling, or rice bowl topping.
