Dissolve Jello: In a mixing bowl, dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
Add Cold Water: Stir in cold water. Let it rest & cool it for at least 10 minutes.
Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and creamy.
Assemble Pie: Pour & stable the mixture on the graham cracker crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set.
Decorate & Serve: Add whipped cream, sprinkles, or Easter candy just before serving.
