Ingredients
  

  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 2 chicken breasts (sliced thinly)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili paste (or sriracha)
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 green onion (chopped, for garnish)
  • ½ soft-boiled egg per serving
  • Sesame seeds for topping

Equipment

  • Large pot for boiling noodles
  • Medium saucepan for sauce
  • Frying pan or skillet for chicken
  • Whisk (for creamy sauce)
  • Cutting board & knife
  • Ladle & serving bowls

Method
 

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Take a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken until you get the golden brownish texture and perfectly cooked chicken. Remove & set aside.
  3. Now, take a saucepan, add the following ingredients: melt butter, sauté garlic, then add broth, soy sauce & chili paste.
  4. Stir in cream and whisk until smooth and slightly thickened.
  5. Now, time to add cooked ramen noodles mix perfectly with the sauce.
  6. Serve bowls topped with chicken, soft-boiled egg, chili flakes, green onions, and sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by increasing or reducing chili paste.
  • You can try coconut milk or Greek yogurt in place of heavy cream for a healthier fusion.

  • Use boneless chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
  • Add veggies like bok choy or mushrooms for a balanced meal.
