Method
- Wash and dry the jar, chilies, and all tools completely.
- Slice the chili peppers and remove seeds if you want less heat.
- Add chilies to the jar, filling no more than half.
- Pour honey over the chilies until fully submerged.
- Stir gently to remove air bubbles.
- Seal the jar and store at room temperature.
- Stir once daily and infuse for 7–14 days.
- Strain chilies if desired, or leave them for extra heat.

- Always keep chilies fully submerged in honey
- Use raw honey for the best flavor and benefits
- Start with mild peppers if you’re new
- Fire honey becomes spicier over time
- Keep it at room temperature for up to 1 year!
