Ingredients
  

  • Steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bites
  • Cheese tortellini
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt & black pepper

Equipment

  • Cast iron skillet / heavy pan
  • Large pot
  • Colander
  • Wooden spoon/spatula
  • Tongs
  • Knife & cutting board
  • Grater

Method
 

  1. Boil tortellini until al dente, reserve pasta water.
  2. Sear steak bites in a hot skillet, remove & rest.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic.
  4. Add cream, Parmesan & pasta water → whisk into sauce.
  5. Toss tortellini in Alfredo sauce.
  6. Add back steak bites, stir gently.
  7. Garnish with parsley & serve hot.

Notes

  • Cook steak in batches for the best sear.
  • Use fresh Parmesan for a silky Alfredo.

  • Adjust creaminess with pasta water.
  • Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
