Method
- Boil tortellini until al dente, reserve pasta water.
- Sear steak bites in a hot skillet, remove & rest.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic.
- Add cream, Parmesan & pasta water → whisk into sauce.
- Toss tortellini in Alfredo sauce.
- Add back steak bites, stir gently.
- Garnish with parsley & serve hot.
Notes
- Cook steak in batches for the best sear.
- Use fresh Parmesan for a silky Alfredo.
- Adjust creaminess with pasta water.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
