Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs (680g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into cubes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (divided)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, garnish

Equipment

  • Sharp chef’s knife
  • Cutting board
  • Cast iron skillet
  • Wooden spoon/spatula
  • Mixing bowl
  • Garlic press
  • Cheese grater
  • Measuring cups/spoons

Method
 

  1. First, you need to pat the steak cubes dry & season gently with salt & pepper.
  2. Heat the butter in a skillet, sear the steak bites for at least 2–3 minutes, and set aside.
  3. Now, in the same skillet, sauté the garlic with the remaining butter.
  4. Stir in cream, simmer, then whisk in parmesan & seasoning.
  5. Return steak to skillet, toss in sauce, cook 1 min.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use tender cuts like sirloin or ribeye.
  • Sear over high heat; don’t overcrowd the pan.

  • Rest the steak bites briefly before adding them to the sauce.
  • Use fresh Parmesan for the smoothest sauce, Serve hot.
