Method
- First, you need to pat the steak cubes dry & season gently with salt & pepper.
- Heat the butter in a skillet, sear the steak bites for at least 2–3 minutes, and set aside.
- Now, in the same skillet, sauté the garlic with the remaining butter.
- Stir in cream, simmer, then whisk in parmesan & seasoning.
- Return steak to skillet, toss in sauce, cook 1 min.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Use tender cuts like sirloin or ribeye.
- Sear over high heat; don’t overcrowd the pan.
- Rest the steak bites briefly before adding them to the sauce.
- Use fresh Parmesan for the smoothest sauce, Serve hot.
