Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb steak, sliced
  • 10 oz noodles (ramen/udon/egg)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Large skillet or wok
  • Medium pot (for noodles)
  • Sharp chef’s knife
  • Cutting board
  • Colander

Method
 

  1. Slice and season the steak; sear until browned.
  2. Cook noodles until al dente, drain, and reserve water.
  3. Make garlic butter sauce in a skillet.
  4. Toss noodles into the sauce, and add the steak back.
  5. Garnish with scallions, sesame seeds, and chili oil.

Notes

  • Use ribeye or sirloin for the best flavor.
  • Add mushrooms or broccoli for extra veggies.
  • For spicier noodles, increase chili flakes or drizzle chili oil.
