- Prepare your oven to 350°F (175°C) & greased loaf pan.
- In a bowl, add mix all meatloaf ingredients until perfectly combined.
- Shape the mixture in a loaf & place it gently on the baking pan.
- Mix glaze ingredients and spread half over the meatloaf.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, then add remaining glaze.
- Bake another 15 minutes, rest for 10 minutes, slice, and serve.
