  • 2 cups fresh goumi berries (washed and stemmed)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pre-made or homemade pie crust (top and bottom)
  • 1 egg egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp butter (cut into small cubes)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. Assemble pie: Roll out crust, line your pie pan, and pour in the berry mixture. Dot with butter.
