Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup warm filtered water
  • ½ tsp matcha or green tea powder
  • ½ tsp fresh grated ginger (or ¼ tsp ginger powder)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon
  • Optional: a small pinch of Himalayan pink salt
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon or turmeric

Equipment

  • Heat-safe mug or glass
  • Measuring spoon
  • Spoon or small whisk
  • Citrus squeezer (optional)

Method
 

  1. Warm the water until comfortable to sip (do not boil).
  2. Add matcha or green tea powder and stir until smooth.
  3. Mix in ginger and stir gently.
  4. Add vinegar and fresh lemon juice.
  5. Add optional pink salt or spices if using.
  6. Stir well and sip slowly while warm.

Notes

  • Best time in the morning on an empty stomach
  • Start with less vinegar if sensitive

  • Do not store—drink fresh
  • Results improve with consistent daily use
