- Wash and finely chop all peppers
- Add peppers to a saucepan
- Pour in vinegar, sugar, and salt
- Mix well and simmer on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes
- Stir occasionally and avoid overcooking

- Cool completely and store in a jar
- Refrigerate before serving
Notes
- Let the relish rest overnight for best flavor
- Do not over-blend, texture should stay slightly chunky
