- Season the Brisket: Pat dry and rub spices all over. Let sit 30 minutes.
- Sear for Flavor: Heat oil in skillet. Sear brisket 3–4 minutes per side until brown.
- Build the Base: Place onions, garlic, broth, Worcestershire, and tomato paste in roasting pan. Put brisket on top.
- Slow Cook: Cover tightly and cook at 300°F for 4–5 hours until tender.
- Rest the Brisket: Let the brisket rest for at least 45 minutes before slicing.
- Slice & Serve: Cut against the grain. Spoon juices over slices and serve warm.
