Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Extra coconut or sprinkles for coating (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine coconut, graham crumbs, and chocolate chips.
  2. Pour in condensed milk and vanilla. Mix until sticky and uniform.
  3. Chill mixture for 30–45 minutes.
  4. Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls.
  5. Coat in coconut or sprinkles (optional).
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use vegan Ingredents for vegan version
  • Chill longer if dough feels too sticky.
  • You can freeze up to 3 months for best flavors.
