- Finely shred cabbage and grate carrots. Place in a large bowl.
- In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, & pepper for smooth paste.
- Pour dressing over cabbage mixture gradually.

- Now, cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Stir, taste, adjust seasoning, and serve fresh.
