Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full-fat mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Add mayonnaise to a mixing bowl.
  2. Slowly whisk in apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  3. Add black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and horseradish.
  4. Mix well until fully combined & adjust the consistency and flavour.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 25-30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Always serve this sauce cold or chilled
  • Do not cook or heat the sauce
  • Flavor improves after resting

  • Store refrigerated and use within 5–7 days
  • Stir and chill before serving
