- Add mayonnaise to a mixing bowl.
- Slowly whisk in apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Add black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and horseradish.
- Mix well until fully combined & adjust the consistency and flavour.
- Refrigerate for at least 25-30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Always serve this sauce cold or chilled
- Do not cook or heat the sauce
- Flavor improves after resting
- Store refrigerated and use within 5–7 days
- Stir and chill before serving
