A sweet, fruity copycat of the Outback Steakhouse favorite, made with Moscato wine, raspberry vodka, pineapple juice, and homemade blackberry syrup.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) Jacob's Creek Moscato
  • ½ cup Finlandia Raspberry Vodka
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ¾ cup blackberry syrup
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • ice cubes

  • Small saucepan
  • Fine mesh strainer
  • Cutting board
  • Measuring cups

Method
 

  1. Make the blackberry syrup first by simmering blackberries, sugar, and water, then straining out the seeds.
  2. Pour Moscato, vodka, and pineapple juice into a pitcher.
  3. Stir in the cooled syrup, add blackberries and lemon slices, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Serve over ice.

Notes

  • Swap in a light Moscato for a lower calorie version.
  • Homemade syrup tastes fresher than store-bought,
  • Monin brand works in a pinch if you're short on time.
