  • ¼ teaspoon food-grade pink Himalayan salt
  • 1–2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon raw honey (optional, for taste)

Method
 

  1. First, make the water warm until comfortable to drink.
  2. Now add the pink Himalayan salt & stir it gently until dissolved.
  3. Add lemon juice or apple cider vinegar.
