- First, make the water warm until comfortable to drink.
- Now add the pink Himalayan salt & stir it gently until dissolved.
- Add lemon juice or apple cider vinegar.
- Stir well and sip slowly in morning.

- Use only food-grade pink Himalayan salt, not table or bath salt.
- Do not exceed ¼ teaspoon of salt per serving.
- Best consumed fresh; do not store after mixing.
