Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Method
 

  1. First, you need to melt the butter in a saucepan on a medium flame.
  2. Now, add garlic & sauté for at least 30–60 seconds until you get garlic fragrance.
  3. Pour in heavy cream, whisk, and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Now, slowly whisk in Parmesan cheese until you get a smooth and creamy texture.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and optional Italian herbs.
  6. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Remove from heat, rest for 2 minutes, and serve hot.

  • Use the fresh ingredients like garlic, Parmesan cheese for the best flavor.
  • You can reheat gently with a splash of milk/cream.
