Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, stir in vanilla extract and mix gently
Take another bowl, add and whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add dry ingredients in it & mix, avoid overmixing
Gently fold in chocolate chunks and shredded coconut.
Scoop dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
Bake for 12–14 minutes, until edges are set and centers look soft.
Cool for at least 10 minutes, then place it to a cooling rack.
