- Pat shrimp dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter & olive oil on a medium flame in a skillet pan.
- Add garlic & sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink (2–3 minutes per side).
- Pour in broth and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Add lemon juice and seasoning, then mix gently.
- Toss with pasta or serve as it is.
- Garnish with parsley and parmesan, then serve hot.

- Don’t overcook shrimp—it turns rubbery quickly

- You can skip wine and use broth easily
