  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ cup chicken broth (or white wine)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Cooked pasta (optional)

Equipment

  • Large skillet or frying pan
  • Tongs or spatula
  • Knife and chopping board
  • Measuring spoons and cups
  • Pot (for pasta, optional)

Method

  1. Pat shrimp dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat butter & olive oil on a medium flame in a skillet pan.
  3. Add garlic & sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink (2–3 minutes per side).

  6. Add lemon juice and seasoning, then mix gently.
  7. Toss with pasta or serve as it is.
  8. Garnish with parsley and parmesan, then serve hot.

Notes

  • Don’t overcook shrimp—it turns rubbery quickly
  • Always use fresh garlic for the best flavor
  • Add lemon at the end for a fresh taste

  • You can skip wine and use broth easily
  • Adjust spice level based on your preference
