- Cream butter + sugars until fluffy.
- Mix in eggs + vanilla.
- Stir dry ingredients separately; add to wet.
- Fold in chocolate chips + Rice Krispies.
- Scoop, bake for 10–12 min, cool, and enjoy!
Notes
- For thicker cookies: Chill the dough for 20–30 minutes.
- For extra gooeyness: Add a handful of mini marshmallows.
- Gluten-free option: Use GF flour + certified GF Rice Krispies.
- Don’t overmix the batter after adding Rice Krispies to keep them crunchy.
- Press extra chocolate chips on top for a bakery-style look.
