Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • cups vanilla extract
  • cups all-purpose flour (or gluten-free blend)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • cups chocolate chips (any variety)
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal

Method
 

  1. Ready your oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Cream butter + sugars until fluffy.
  3. Mix in eggs + vanilla.
  4. Stir dry ingredients separately; add to wet.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips + Rice Krispies.
  6. Scoop, bake for 10–12 min, cool, and enjoy!

Notes

  • For thicker cookies: Chill the dough for 20–30 minutes.
  • For extra gooeyness: Add a handful of mini marshmallows.

  • Gluten-free option: Use GF flour + certified GF Rice Krispies.
  • Don’t overmix the batter after adding Rice Krispies to keep them crunchy.
  • Press extra chocolate chips on top for a bakery-style look.
