Notes
- Always use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest texture.
- Whisk or shake the jar before every use — separation is completely normal.
- Add 1 egg yolk before the olive oil for a creamier, richer version closer to Subway's bottled Creamy Italian MVP sauce.
