Method
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until it is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Now, add taco seasoning and some water, and simmer it gently for at least 5 minutes.
- Lay tortilla flat, sprinkle cheese, beef, more cheese, then top with another tortilla.
- Fold tortilla into a triangle (Stacker style).
- Heat the skillet with butter/oil. Cook folded Stackers until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Slice and serve hot with dipping sauces.
Notes
- Try Greek yogurt for a lighter version instead of sour cream.
- Swap beef with chicken, turkey, or black beans for variation.
- For extra crispiness, press tortillas with a spatula while cooking.
- Best served immediately, but can be reheated in a skillet.
