Pork Chops – First, pat the dry chops, season perfectly with the following ingredients: salt, pepper, paprika, & garlic powder.
Make the Perfect Glaze – For this, whisk together the following ingredients in a medium-sized bowl: honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, vinegar, & garlic.
Sear Pork Chops – Prepare the skillet with olive oil on medium-high flame & sear each side of the chops perfectly for at least 3–5 minutes.
Add Glaze – Brush glaze over pork chops; reduce heat and cook until internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C).
Rest & Serve and Enjoy – Let it rest for at least 5 minutes before serving. Brush with extra glaze if desired.
