- Wash and cut potatoes into thick wedges. Soak the potatoes in cold water for at least 25 - 30 minutes. Drain and dry completely.
- Toss potatoes with cornstarch and a little oil. Mix well.
- Deep fry: Double fry method for best resultsOven: Bake at 220°C for 30 to 40 minutesAir fryer: Cook at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes
- Sprinkle seasoning immediately after cooking. Garnish and serve hot.
