Ingredients
  

  • 4 fresh jalapeños (seeds removed for mild heat)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or vegan yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ¼ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional, for balance)

Method
 

  1. Wash and roughly chop the jalapeños.
  2. Now, add all the base ingredients to a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until creamy and smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust flavor ad texture, if required.
  5. Chill the sauce for 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavor.
  6. Store in a glass jar, refrigerated, for up to 10 days.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise or avocado.
  • To make it vegan, use plant-based yogurt.
