  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Salt and black pepper
Hot Honey Rub:
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Method
