- Get ready your oven at 425°F, or your air fryer at 400°F heat.
- Toss Brussels sprouts in oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange on a tray cut-side down and roast 25–30 minutes until crispy.
- In a saucepan, mix soy sauce, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, and garlic. Simmer until thickened.
- Toss roasted sprouts with glaze.
- Garnish with bacon or sesame seeds and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crunch, toss sprouts in 1 tsp cornstarch before roasting.
- Make glaze ahead and store up to 3 days refrigerated.
- Air fryer gives a lighter, crispier finish with less oil.
- Add a squeeze of lime before serving for a bright, fresh twist.
