Yard House Lobster Garlic Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients:
  • 2 lobster tails (or lobster meat)
  • 12 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 5–6 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Seasoning:
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp sliced green onions

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Deep skillet or sauté pan
  • Tongs or pasta spoon
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting board
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method
 

  1. Cook the Lobster: Boil or steam lobster tails for 6–8 minutes. Take out the meat from shell and slice into small chunks. Set aside.
  2. Boil the Pasta: Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
  3. Prepare Garlic Butter Base: Heat butter, olive oil in a skillet. Mix the it gently.
  4. Make the Creamy Sauce: Add heavy cream, minced garlic, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Simmer gently. Stir in Parmesan until smooth
  5. Combine Everything: Add pasta and lobster to the skillet. Toss gently. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
  6. Garnish & Serve: Top with parsley, green onions, and chili flakes. Serve hot and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Do not overcook lobster—it turns rubbery quickly.
  • Fresh garlic gives the best flavor.
  • Save pasta water—it makes the sauce silky.
