Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons paprika (smoked or regular)
  • 1 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoons fine salt
  • 1 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoons chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Method
 

  1. Add all spices into a small mixing bowl.
  2. Stir thoroughly until the mixture looks evenly blended.
  3. If needed, sift through a fine sieve to remove clumps.
  4. Taste a small pinch and adjust salt or spice level if desired.
  5. Keep this in an air tight container, For up to 3-6 months.
